- The new design reduces the maintenance effort and the need for spare parts.
- The carrier head now consists of only two high-quality, durable and accurately fitting milled parts.
- Proven technology rethought: the ball cable is secured by the latch, the additional spring, installed in the spring cage, prevents vibrations, which makes the carrier significantly quieter.
- By using as few individual parts and welding seams as possible, the carrier is now more stable as it is almost made of one piece. Once again, the weight has been significantly reduced.
- The ball channel has been made larger and the radius optimised. The ball cable is now held even more precisely, thus reducing wear on the ball cables.
- The material and geometry of the coupling lever and pin have been optimised.
- The spring pressure ring has been revised and now fits more precisely on the spring.
- A new maintenance-free spherical bearing provides additional durability.
- Cable clamps and wedge clamps are now anodised blue to prevent corrosion. This also increases the recognition value of safety-relevant OEM components and thus simplifies annual inspections and checks.
- All carriers are 100% identical.
